Abu Dhabi network to hail ZHD with special coverage
13 June 2017Abu Dhabi Media declared that Abu Dhabi TV network will mark Zayed Humanitarian Day events to be held at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi on 19 Ramadan (Wednesday 14 June) with a live coverage on Emarat TV.
According to Abu Dhabi Media, the coverage will start at 10:30 p.m. following the Taraweeh prayers. The broadcast schedule will be adjusted to display ‘Al Shara’ program at 11:30 p.m. followed by Syrian series ‘Khaton’ at 1:00 a.m., the Egyptian social drama ‘Ramadan Kareem’ at 2:00 a.m. and a rerun of the ‘Olom Al Dar’ bulletin at 3:00 a.m.
Abu Dhabi Media indicated that the live programs on Abu Dhabi TV networks such as ‘Wazakir’, ‘Min Rahiq Al Iman’ and ‘Al Shara’ will be allocated to talk about the day of devotion and humanitarian work. Abu Dhabi TV, Emarat TV and Drama HD will air fillers containing statements of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, God rest his soul, on the devotion as an original social and humanitarian value in the Emirati society and the importance of the humanitarian work.
Emarat TV will start broadcasting Tahjud Prayer from Sheikh Zayed Mosque as of Thursday 15 June 2017 (20 Ramadan) at 1:00 a.m. The times of programs will be adjusted to display the Syrian series ‘Khaton’ at midnight, the Egyptian social drama Ramadan Kareem at 2:00 a.m. and the rerun of the ‘Olom Al Dar’ bulletin at 3:00 a.m.
In the same context, Abu Dhabi TV and Emarat TV will air on Tuesday 20 June (25 Ramadan) coverage of the events of Zayed Humanitarian Day to be held at Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi. The coverage will be broadcast also in Olom Al Dar bulletin to be aired at 1:00 a.m.
